Planning and Design Package

The planning process doesn’t have to be stressful. Our home plan design package includes:

• Floor plans, elevations and 3D modeling
• Delivered to the client or general contractor for HOA, or for permit approvals
• Scheduling inspection (if applicable, add $150 each)
• Engineered Stamp Plans available for additional fee
• Addition, plumbing, electric or other (if needed, add $500 each)
• Survey plans (if needed, at additional cost)
• Approved environmental health permit (if needed, at additional cost)
